Bacterial Vaginosis Cause
The main bacterial vaginosis cause wouldn't be a factor in the outcome of a LEEP procedure for ASCUS.
When the balance of the vagina is disrupted by the overgrowth of these bacteria another bacteria (Lactobacilli) is unable to perform its normal function. This bacterium normally provides a natural disinfectant that helps maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms in the vagina.
The main bacterial vaginosis cause wouldn't be a factor in the outcome of a LEEP procedure for ASCUS.

Bacterial Vaginosis Cause -
LEEP Procedure, ASCUS
Some factors that may contribute to this infection may be E. coli, which is a normal inhabitant of the rectum entering the vagina, tight cloths, poor personal hygiene, poor health, use of an intrauterine device, and routine douching. The risk also increases with menopause and in women with diabetes. The main bacterial vaginosis cause wouldn't be a factor in the outcome of a LEEP procedure for ASCUS.
