Bacterial Infection Vaginosis
Bacterial infection vaginosis symptoms won't include a condyloma, which is treated with a LEEP procedure.
The most effective treatment is using antibiotics, given orally or as a vaginal cream. If no symptoms are present, treatment is usually unnecessary, with the exception being women who are pregnant. Women with HIV may need prolonged treatment. Sexual intercourse may irritate the vagina during the course of the treatment.

This condition is not considered a sexually transmitted disease but can be brought on by sexual activity. This condition is not harmful, but during pregnancy can adverse conditions (premature ruptures of the membranes, pre-term labor, pre-term birth). It is not known for sure what causes BV.
