Vaginosis
Vaginosis and lichen sclerosus may have similar symptoms, but a vaginal wart would not be included.
Some preventative measures that can be taken are the avoidance of douching or “feminine hygiene products”, maintaining the normal acid pH of the vagina, and the early use of medication if abnormal vaginal odor is noticed. Treatment is not necessary with no symptoms, however there are exceptions to this rule.

Vaginosis -
Lichen Sclerosus, Vaginal Wart
Some symptoms of this bacterial condition are vulval irritation, rather than itching, vaginal discharge that is thin, creamy, and grayish, often unpleasant and fishy smelling. The organisms linked with this condition have been associated in the development of pelvic inflammatory disease. Vaginosis and lichen sclerosus may have similar symptoms, but a vaginal wart would not be included.
