Bacterial vaginosis, lichen sclerosus and vulvar vestibulitis can be rather difficult to treat.
Some symptoms are that normal secretions change to watery or pearly grey discharge. When this bacteria appears in large numbers, it may cause discharge or odor. This condition is caused by excessive bacteria that is normally present in the vagina.
Bacterial vaginosis, lichen sclerosus and vulvar vestibulitis can be rather difficult to treat.
