Discharge Vagina

A secretion that itches, smells and has an unusual color, such as green, gray, brownish may be a sign of infections that are sexually transmitted, such as chlamidia, syphilis and others. The use of condoms offer little or no protection.

Normal secretion from the vagina should be clear, but is may turn white or yellow when exposed to the air. Thick white secretion that looks like cottage cheese is a sign of yeast infection.
