Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is not related to having a plantar wart or a penile wart.
The symptoms include lesions appearance on the body in the form of white patches. It is unknown what causes this skin condition. Referred to as LSA, this chronic disease occurs in women aged 40 to 60, yet cases in men and younger women have also been registered.

Applications of corticosteroids, testosterone, and other medication are recommended. Irritation of the vagina may lead to pain during a sexual intercourse. The patches appear usually on the torso and genitals and tend to expand to areas under breasts and folds of the skin. Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is not related to having a plantar wart or a penile wart.
